What is the New Shop Probation Period?
新店试用期是什么?
To assist new sellers with order fulfillment, all new shops (both individual and corporate) on TikTok Shop are subject to a probation period that limits the number of daily orders sellers can accept and the number of product uploads sellers can list per day.

  • New individual sellers are limited to 100 orders per day.

Tracking Orders During the Probation Period

  • In Seller Center, individual and corporate sellers can refer to the "New Seller Restriction" box to check the daily order limit on their account.

  • When sellers click on "More details," they will be directed to an introduction page about the Shop Probation Period. Sellers will also be able to track their current number of orders and their daily order limit here (see images below).

Graduating from the New Shop Probation Period

There are two ways that sellers can graduate from the New Shop Probation Period.

New sellers automatically graduate out of the Probation Period if they:

  • Actively sell on TikTok Shop for at least 60 calendar days;

Sellers who have been actively selling for at least 30 days can apply to exit the Probation Period early by meeting the following criteria:
