Your matter will be set for a new Virtual Hearing Application and we have requested with the crowns office that an interpreter be present for your new hearing date. It will not be March 19th, that is just the date we have set your ticket to so we have time to sort out a new date for you. I apologize for the confusion in this matter but keep an eye on your email as a new email will be sent with a date and new link.

 

I will add additional notes into your file to be sure that this does not happen again and that there will be an interpreter for your next application present.

 

If you have any further questions please let me know. Once your matter is set for a new virtual hearing application I will touch base as well.

Today I attended the video conference on time, but there was no interpreter called in. The meeting host mentioned that there would be no interpreters present today and asked me to find someone to help with translation. Additionally, the meeting has been rescheduled to 2 weeks later, on March 19th, for me to participate again. Due to my limited English proficiency, I want to confirm with you whether there was indeed no interpreter available for me during today's hearing or if the interpreter simply didn't attend. I am unsure if I will still lack interpreter assistance on March 19th.

To ensure that my laptop is able to use Teams normally, I would like to request a test next week or the week after.   Could you arrange that, if possible?

 

Additionally, during the application process, I also requested Mandarin interpretation services.  My English proficiency is quite limited, and without translation, I won't be able to understand the content of the hearing, potentially wasting your valuable time.  Could you please confirm whether there will be an interpreter joining the video conference at that time?
