- General Communication Protocols

- Meeting Protocols 会议协议:
- Set a meeting day and time that will be used if a meeting outside of the time allocated during TBLs for Mikes Bikes is needed. All team members should agree to be available at this time either virtually or face to face.

-Pre-Meeting Prep: Agendas are shared 24 hours in advance. This allows all members to formulate/prepare and submit ideas beforehand.

-Structured Brainstorming: Meetings are open by the CEO and followed by each member sharing their thoughts on the agenda without interruption. This prevents dominant personalities from overshadowing quieter members.

We will strive to reach consensus in decision-making discussions and retain the CEO's maximum decision-making power. When there is a big disagreement, the CEO has the right to propose a voting method to assist in the final decision.

In the early stage of the meeting, the CEO will form the meeting process according to the draft report content submitted by each department, and each department should complete the report within the specified time during the meeting, and reserve ten minutes for summarizing and answering questions after the report.

HR, as the moderator of the meeting, is responsible for guiding the process and time control.

- Each member has to be held accountable for their assigned roles and responsibilities by fulfilling their check list before attending every group meeting. The checklist should be finish their works by the CEO pre-meeting;

- What is a team member to do if he/she cannot complete the agreed upon work?

- Tell other team members as soon as possible.

Collaborations with other teams
与其他团队的合作
Students must not cooperate or collaborate with other Mikes Bikes teams in anyway. This includes agreeing on prices, product development, market sharing or any other aspect of the simulation that would result in an unfair advantage over teams not included in the collusion. Such activities are illegal in the ‘real world’ and are considered illegal in the ‘simulation’. This would be considered as ‘unauthorized collaboration’ and would be considered as being academic misconduct. The consequences of such action will include a grade adjustment and an Academic Integrity investigation.
