Players practice diverse layups using both hands while mastering court spacing for precise passing and active defense. Through 2 on 2 or 3 on 3 small group games, team-play and basketball acumen grow. Progressions then lead to 5 on 5 gameplay – understanding fastbreak spacing, strategic decision-making, and half-court passing offenses. Essential plays like Give and Go, Hand Offs, Backdoor Cuts, and High-Low passes are emphasized and complemented by the fundamentals of help defense.

Graduate to the AISG swim club development squad.
