GUIDELINES FOR STAND LAYOUT 展位布局指南
1. Stand partition walls 1. 展位隔墙
Contrary to Item 4.7.6 of the Technical Guidelines of Messe Frankfurt, the show organizer will not provide any stand partitions. The exhibitor agrees to erect 2.5 m high stand partition walls on all closed sides of the stand space. Where the back wall of a stand extends beyond 2.5 m in height, the wall must be all white, clean, opaque, smooth, and free of installation materials. 2. Rental stands 2. 租赁展台
Rental stands can be ordered via the Shop for Exhibitor Services of Messe Frankfurt. Glue, blue-tack, nails and paint must not be used on the rented exhibition stand or its fittings and it must not be damaged in any way. 3. Miscellaneous 3. 其他事项
Glue, blue-tack, nails and paint must not be used on the rented exhibition stand or its fittings and it must not be damaged in any way. The rental company will be charged for any damage done during the rental period. Any pillars located in the stand area as well as installation and fire protection equipment are part of the allocated stand space and must be accessible at all times. Exhibitors are responsible for designing their stands. 参展商负责设计他们的展位。
Stand construction shall be such that their edges bordering on aisles shall be as transparent as practicable. Different to point 4.7.1, Technical Guidelines of Messe Frankfurt GmbH, Lengthy, enclosed stand structures bordering on aisles are permitted. 展台建设应确保其临通道边缘尽可能透明。与法兰克福展览公司技术指南第 4.7.1 点不同，临通道的宽敞封闭式展台结构是被允许的。

6. Stand construction approval 6. 展台建设审批
Provided that the Technical Guidelines have been taken into account in designing and building the exhibition stand, single-storey stands located in exhibition halls shall be exempted from the requirement to submit planning documents for approval as long as a stand area of 100m^(2)100 \mathrm{~m}^{2} and a height of 4.0 m have not been exceeded. 如果设计和建造展览台时已考虑技术指南，那么位于展厅的单层展台在展台面积不超过 100m^(2)100 \mathrm{~m}^{2} 且高度不超过 4.0 米的情况下，无需提交规划文件以获得批准。
Exhibition stands larger than 100m^(2)100 \mathrm{~m}^{2} in area, stands located in outdoor areas, temporary structures, mobile stands, two-storey stands, special structures and special constructions require consent and inspection, and are subject to additional cost. Stand plans for approval must be submitted to the Technical Event Management department of Messe Frankfurt Venue GmbH by May 23, 2025 at the latest. 审批展位计划必须在 2025 年 5 月 23 日之前提交至法兰克福展览中心有限公司的技术活动管理部门。

7. Stand construction approval in the outdoor area 7. 室外区域展位建设审批
Stands in the outdoor exhibition area are subject to approval and acceptance. All folding pavilions/filigree structures and similar constructions must be secured by suitable measures (e.g. ballast weights and anti-slip mats). 室外展览区域的展位需经批准和验收。所有折叠帐篷/格栅结构以及类似结构必须采取适当措施进行固定（例如使用配重块和防滑垫）。
An emergency contact on site must be appointed to take appropriate measures in the event of severe weather, which will be defined in an on-site inspection of stability on the last day of assembly. 现场必须指派紧急联系人，以便在出现恶劣天气时采取适当措施，恶劣天气将在组装的最后一天进行的稳定性现场检查中定义。
8. Modification or removal of stand structures not in accordance with the regulations 8. 不按规定修改或拆除展台结构
Stand structures that do not comply with the Technical Regulations or legal requirements may be subject to modification or removal. If the necessary modifications or the removal are not done by the prescribed date, the organizer is authorized to have modifications or removal carried out at the expense and risk of the exhibitor. 不符合技术法规或法律要求的展位结构可能需要修改或拆除。如果必要的修改或拆除未能在规定日期前完成，主办方有权以参展商的费用和风险进行修改或拆除。
