Today's highlight 🌟:

1.


The first stop was Wenshu Monastery, had a spicy and oily breakfast outside... the cats can't have it🤧 Wenshu Monastery is a temple in the city area~ with a strong incense~ enshrining Bodhisattva Manjushri and other Buddhist deities, my mom and I prayed one by one, hoping for good health and good luck for the family in the new year, I also prayed for PP🙏

The second stop is to boil tea around the stove, right next to Wenshu Monastery, with a cozy atmosphere, a peaceful environment amidst the hustle and bustle, drinking tea and eating roasted hot sweet potatoes and other snacks, very comfortable. 😌

The third stop is the Panda Base. We took the tourist bus from Wenshu Monastery to see the pandas. We bought tickets for the park's sightseeing car, which was very worthwhile! The park is so big that my mom and I had to walk a long way, so taking the car was a good deal

The park has contracted an entire hill, like climbing a small hill 😆 In total, I saw three giant pandas 🐼 and many birds~ I have to say, the ecological environment is very good, with birds chirping and flowers blooming 🥰 Just went there late, the pandas were not open for business

Spring Chunxi Road, the fourth stop, took a shuttle bus from the panda base back to the city center's Chunxi Road~ Although I visited yesterday, there were many places I missed, so this time it's very comprehensive. Bought two sun hats at Wangfujing Mall, to wear in Dubai 🥰 Bought Heytea, ate Changsha stinky tofu, blueberry egg cake, and wolf tooth potatoes🥔~

After dinner, I took the subway back to the hotel, gave the cat a bath 🛁, then made purchases and planned tomorrow's itinerary to go to Dujiangyan 😎

The wonderful journey of sleeping on the floor 🛌

It has been half a month since I first tried sleeping on the floor. This experiment has brought some unexpected changes to my life. In the past three or four days, I have been using a bath towel rolled up as a pillow, with the aim of further adjusting the curvature of my neck. This small change has pleasantly surprised me, as I have found that the stiffness and pain in my thoracic spine area upon waking up in the morning has decreased by 80% compared to before!

Previously, the left side of my cervical spine was always very tense. Now, I hardly feel any pain in the clavicle area, and even my chin is not as tight. This made me deeply aware of how important it is to find a suitable sleeping position for oneself. After all, we spend one-third of our day in sleep.

Moreover, sleeping on the floor, although not very comfortable, has inadvertently extended my sleep time, and now I can almost sleep for eight hours every day, which is a huge improvement for me.


The power of meditation 💆‍♂️

Recently I have reduced the time for meditation, and as a result, I feel a bit tired. But I found that even just one minute of meditation can make my brain feel relaxed.

When my brain is low on energy, I find it really hard to concentrate on anything. Today, even though I feel a bit sluggish, taking a minute or two to meditate really helped a lot, allowing me to temporarily shut down my brain.


The small happiness of the evening 🌆

I noticed an interesting phenomenon: every evening around five or six o'clock, my mood improves. Perhaps it's because I feel the day is coming to an end and I can start to relax.

2.


In the evening, I can do many things I enjoy, such as taking a bath and reading, which makes me feel very happy. The time for journaling at night also gives me a sense of accomplishment. When I wake up in the morning, there are many things waiting for me to do, but at night, I feel a sense of safety and peace. I especially enjoy lighting candles, listening to music, and relaxing in the bath 🛀.


A highly efficient day 🏠

Today, although I stayed at home all day, it was still a busy day. I helped my mom fix the bike, cleaned the house, and even had time to read. I feel quite happy. There is time to rest and time to work.

2.


Recently, the cat had a great time in Chengdu, looking at the travel photos makes me want to travel too. It really sparked my desire to travel. I plan to go on a trip at the end of March, hoping to have a good experience.
