Objectives of the Engagement

Providing professional and ethical standards conveyancing transaction from start to the end settlement the terms of our offer to you are set out in the enclosed costs agreement. If you accept our offer, the terms of the cost agreement will govern our arrangements and together will constitute an agreement on costs between us.

Cost

Our fees are payable at settlement being $990 (include GST) plus disbursements for Statement of Adjustments

Confidentiality

Maple Conveyancing will take reasonable keeping all confidential information you disclose to us, except you permit us to disclose it or where we are required to disclose it by law, by regulatory bodies, by our insurers or as part of a quality control review.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

If we terminate the Engagement prior to settlement, we agree fees will be payable for professional services provide up to the date of termination together with disbursement paid by Maple Conveyancing.

Acceptance of Terms

If you sign and return a copy of this letter to indicate that it is in accordance with your understanding of the arrangements, it will be effective from the date that we first received your instruction.
